The space has enough to sleep 4, with 2 single beds and one King size double. There are two bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs for your convenience. You also have your own parking space on the drive. The space The property is a spacious duplex, that sleeps 4. It's worth noting that it's on the second floor, with no outdoor space. Walk into a beautifully decorated hallway and instantly feel at home. On the downstairs floor, you will find a guest bedroom with twin beds (two small singles that can be made into a King), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Opposite is the guest bathroom, with a shower, bath, sink and toilet. This floor is also home to the lounge/kitchen/diner. Here, you will find a 4 person corner sofa and dining table. Tv, meditation space and a south-facing patio door. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you could need, including some special additions such as a blender, air fryer, and coffee machine. You will also find a microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, and dishwasher. Upstairs there is a King size double bed, with a large chest of drawers. There is also a little reading nook for you to hide away and enjoy some peace. This floor is home to an en-suite bathroom, with a shower, sink and toilet. You have private off-street parking... which is a real winner in Newquay! You can also find plenty off on-street parking around the property if you have an extra car.
