Welcome to our holiday home "Wellness & Water Holiday Loosdrecht". Our luxury holiday home is equipped with all conveniences and comfort, both inside and outside and is located in a quiet holiday resort. The surroundings of our holiday home are beautiful; the Loosdrechtse Plassen and river Vecht, but also 'on land' it is a breathtaking area. You can enjoy the water, walking, cycling and good food and drinks. The space There are two bedrooms in the holiday home, each with an ensuite bathroom. The living room has a very complete open kitchen with dining table. The separate toilet is accessible from the hall. Inside can be heated and cooled with air conditioners. There's an air conditioner in each bedroom as well as the living room. ​ Outside you can go through the sliding doors (with insect screen) to the terrace with awning, dining table and outdoor kitchen with Big Green Egg. There is a lawn, sitting area and lounge area with a view of the water where our boats are moored. You can sail onto the Loosdrechtse Plassen in five minutes. ​ We have now also realized a private wellness, consisting of a spacious outdoor tub (not a whirlpool), shower and two-person sauna (1 hour sauna per booked night included). In the winter months we close the lounge area/outdoor kitchen/bath/shower to prevent frost damage. The sauna remains open all year round. Our holiday home is 65m2 and stands on a plot of over 200m2. This borders directly on a waterway from where the Loosdrecht lakes are accessible. We hope you feel at home in our holiday home. That is why we always ensure that enough toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and coffee cups are available to get you through the first days. Our kitchen is equipped with an extensive collection of herbs and seasonings. Our rates are automatically set to apply an interesting weekly and monthly discount, longer bookings are therefore recommended. Guest access You have access to the entire holiday home, with the exception of the outdoor storage room and cupboards in the master bedroom, which are explicitly marked as private. There are two boats moored at the dock which are also private. Our luxury tender sloop requires a boat license and can only be rented with a captain. Our smaller console motorboat does not require a license and can be rented without a captain if you have some boating experience. If you are interested in this, feel free to inquire about the possibilities but make sure to give enough notice. For reasons of safety, we do not rent out the boats when the temperature is below 15 degrees celsius. Other things to note The park on which our holiday home is located is a quiet park with many waterways where people spend time to relax in peace. That is why our holiday home is not suitable for groups of young people, celebrations & parties. Our holiday home has a high-quality finish and there is open access to water. For that reason you can only stay with us with your baby up to 1 year old and children from 7 years old who can swim. Our holiday home is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Upon arrival, a registration form must be completed, which will be sent to the park manager in the event of an emergency. In winter, the outdoor facilities are partly closed to prevent frost damage. We then cover the outdoor kitchen, store the lounge area and turn off the water from the outdoor bath and shower. The sauna is available all year round. At the start of your stay we look at the weather forecasts. If it is expected to be warmer than 2 degrees for the entire stay, we will open the water facilities of the outdoor bath and shower for you. The outdoor kitchen and lounge area will be available again as soon as the worst of the cold and rainfall is behind us. This is usually from mid-March to mid-October.
