Built in 1936, this charming home is located in the lovely downtown New Port Richey historical district. It is designed to reflect a "beachy” lifestyle and give you that relaxing beach bum vibe that you deserve! This house sits on the front of a large property along with my other Florida Vibes Bungalow located at the back of the lot. This house fits 4 guest comfortably but can accommodate up to 6 with additional fees. The space This adorable home is a beach themed 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house. There is a very large sun room in the front of the house that can be used as a third bedroom. A sliding barn door has been added for privacy. All the beds are queen or full size with an assortment of beach themed pillows and bedding. The master bathroom has dual sinks and has been completely remodeled. Living room has a comfortable L- shaped couch with a matching ottoman, it’s perfect for watching movies on the flat screen TV directly across from it. The spacious living room opens into a dining room with a 6 seater dining table. The kitchen is a great size for cooking meals and comes stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. There is also an ironing board and iron available to use. We have supplied all of the amenities that you will need to enjoy your stay... just bring your clothes! The backyard is completely fenced in and the front yard also has a white picket fence that is enclosed. There is an outdoor seating area around the back of the house, perfect for soaking up Florida sunshine or enjoying a cup of coffee under the shady tree! Guest access The entire house and fenced in property is available for guests to use. The door is a keypad entry, guests will receive their unique code and instructions after booking. Other things to note Dog friendly with an additional fee. Pets must be pre-approved. Must be vet flea treated and house trained. Over the counter flea prevention is not acceptable. You must have documentation from a vet verifying that your dog has proper prescribed flea prevention. They must be housebroken and do not chew on furniture. No cats are allowed. No smoking in the house. No exceptions. Guests have parking in the front of the house. Security cameras are on mounted outside of the property and records movement. TVs in bedroom do not have cable but can be used with your own personal fire stick/Roku devices. We have provided the living room tv with a Roku stick. Please sign in and out of your own streaming apps for your stay. Although our house can sleep UP to 6 people, we do charge an additional guest fee after 4 people. Please commit to the number of guests you’ve made in your reservation. Yard is chemically treated for insects and weeds.
