For any name alteration and additions after you book, will have a fee of $50 dollars . SECURITY DEPOSIT: Resort will require a deposit for incidentals or damages at check-in. You can use a credit or debit card , the deposit is U$300 per apartment. This is a preauthorization, not charged and released at check-out if not needed. Credit cards usually are refund in 2-3 days, while debit cards can take longer. RESORT FEE: The amount U$31.50 + tax will be charged per night of your stay ( it is not per person ) this amount will cover Wi-Fi and other amenities. This amount is NOT included in your Airbnb price. This is a timeshare resort, you are MY GUEST, that means you HAVE NOT to attend any timeshare presentation. Timeshare tour is not required but may be offered by the resort for incentives.
