Cosy annexe by Riverside Park

* Self-contained annexe - own entrance & parking for one car. * Close to Motorway, City Centre and Cruise Port (10 mins drive), Universities, St. Mary's stadium, Ageas Bowl, Southampton Airport and Peppa Pig World (20 mins drive). * Bus stop and train station is a few minutes walk away. * Bitterne Triangle (3 mins walk) has a bakery, coffee roasters, takeaways, cafes, a micropub, a Spar, Tesco Express and laundrette. * Riverside park offers a lovely walk along the river 🌳🦆 The space * Kitchen has electric oven / hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Tea, coffee and a half pint of semi-skimmed milk is supplied. * Iron and ironing board available upon request (usually kept in the annexe but sometimes used by us). * Lounge has a large, cosy corner sofa with blankets provided. There is a small smart TV, some children's toys (high chair and travel cot provided upon request), a selection of board games, a table and chairs for dining / office work. * Bathroom has an electric shower with towels and toiletries provided. * Bedroom has a clothes rail, hangers, a hair dryer and a supply of books and some empty shelves for further storage. * Heating is on a timer for the main house and annexe - we can adjust it if needed. * There are double doors leading on from the bedroom with a small seating area specifically for the annexe which is part of our garden. * We have children who you might see in the garden during daytime hours. If you are visiting with children, they are welcome to play in the garden too. If you choose to stay with us, then we hope you have a lovely stay :) Guest access All of the annexe.
