Tourist accommodation classified 3*** by the Tourist Office This large, strictly NON-SMOKER studio appartment, recently awarded 3 stars by the Tourist Office, has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay: - entrance hall with cupboard (hoover, ironing board and iron, clothes line, cleaning products and supplies...) - bathroom with walk-in shower, wall-hung WC and washing machine, - living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, integrated extractor hood, traditional oven & microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Krups NESPRESSO coffee machine, Senséo pod machine and piston coffee maker, teapot, electric kettle and juicer, toaster, etc.), new sofa bed (sleeps 120 x 188 cm), television and WiFi access (no Netflix connexion), opening onto the terrace, - a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) featuring hotel-quality bedding, as well as a wardrobe/closet - folding baby bed ONLY on request - a 7 m² south-facing terrace, equipped with an awning (manual), table and chairs, overlooking a pine forest with umbrella pines...and if you're lucky you might even spot a squirrel...
