With 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a large living space as well as a patio with a perfect place to enjoy the Beautiful Pacific sunsets and sunrises, this is where you want to be. The living room is open to the Kitchen and dining area with plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. The condo comes equipped with all linens, towels, paper products as well as a kitchen with all the cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans..... where you can enjoy cooking your favourite dishes. The Master bedroom has a large king size bed with an attached bathroom plenty of closet space and sliding doors to access the patio area. Second bedroom has 2 single beds and attached full bathroom. Please be aware that this condo is on the third floor, so there are two flights of stairs to get to the unit. You can also keep connected with newer fibre optic wifi. ALL GUESTS... are subject to a nightly fee and cleaning fee that is payable directly to Terrasol. Nightly fees: $19.50/night for 1 - 2 people $24.50/night for 3 - 4 people These fees cover all the guests Cleaning fee: $35.00 This is a NON SMOKING unit.... We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation. During the months of May to October there may be some renovations going on throughout Terrasol, as this is the slow season and construction is permitted.
