Welcome to this absolutely stunning and charming home located in Ferndale, Michigan! Very centrally located, just a couple blocks away from Woodward Ave and a few minutes away from downtown Ferndale. 4 minutes from The Detroit Zoo 7 minutes from Downtown Royal Oak 20 minutes from Somerset Mall 20 minutes from Downtown Detroit 30 minutes from Detroit Metro Airport This home is perfectly located near many restaurants, stores, and more! The space This extraordinary home has 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, a dining room, and multiple living spaces to relax and enjoy. Home has original hardwood floors and beautiful wood detail throughout! Pool is currently closed for the rest of 2025. Please note: the pool is an outdoor pool. While we do a weekly cleaning to maintain the pool, we cannot control weather and if debris (leaves, dirt, etc.) gets into the pool after a weather event. We do have a net available poolside for guest use if needed. Enjoy the backyard patio which has a heated, chlorine pool (please see Additional Rules section for rules of the pool). All guests must follow safety guidelines and rules of the pool. Guests must also sign a liability waiver regarding swimming pool use after booking confirmation. Failure to do so will result in delay in sending check in instructions. Please note that normal foliage debris will fall into the pool since it is an outdoor, uncovered pool. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. Bathroom is a full bathroom, with a tub, no shower head component. EXTRA CHARGES Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750+ charge for extra cleaning entailed. Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $150+ charge. Any evidence of parties or gatherings inside the house will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering. PET POLICY $75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation) All pets must be kenneled and house trained All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets ALL GUESTS are to exercise caution when using pool. Owner/property manager/associated staff will not be held liable for any injuries/damages when using pool. All children are to be supervised at all times in pool. No food/drink/glass in pool. Individuals with pre-existing health conditions are recommended to use the pool at their own risk and with caution.
