The KVR trail is just below our house and is just the best hiking and biking trail you will find anywhere. The entire 3000 sq ft house and large lot are entirely yours to enjoy. The space The house has three king bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. The large living area and kitchen are well equipped. There is a butler pantry and a wine fridge for your use. Downstairs you will find a wet bar with bar fridge, rec room and 65" TV for your further enjoyment. The outdoor spaces, including outdoor dining, are large and inviting. Guest access The entire 3000 sq ft house and large lot are entirely yours to enjoy. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood and outside noise must be kept to a minimum. This is a new house and guests must read the welcome manual on arrival and be careful to cause no damage. We cater to mature adults and are not setup for children.
