Zero tolerance Only registered guests to be on premises. This property is located in a very rural area- there is limited cell service. We do have fiber op internet. Surrounded by wildlife and nature There is a steep long roadway/driveway to get to home. All wheel drive or four wheel drive is recommended. Welcome to our home! We love to share our home with our guests so they can make wonderful lifelong memories with their family and friends. We hope that you enjoy staying with us and making this your home away from home during your stay. Our home is located in the rural area of Kingston Peninsula. It is a 6 acre waterfront property, overlooking the Kingston Creek and directly across from a bird sanctuary. For boaters we are not far from “the bedroom” on the Kingston Creek. We refer to our home as a resort because it offers many amenities that you may see down south such as a seasonal pool and hot tubs. We hope you feel like you’re in a tropical destination without leaving New Brunswick. Our home suits up to 12 people with 6 bedrooms (three with ensuites) eat in kitchen in main living area, as well as full kitchen in the pool area. Common areas offer a pool, hot tubs, beach, deck and exercise space. Pool opens in June and closes after labour day weekend in September, weather dependant- please inquire with the host at time of booking if the pool will be open. When you rent our home, you have the full house rental. We are always a phone call away and check the pool/ hot tub throughout your stay. Please refer to the house rules prior to booking. If you have any questions we are happy to answer. Property is under video surveillance. *****Please note this property has a pool with a deep end, two hot tubs and is waterfront. Children must be supervised at all times. Use of the property and any amenities is at your own risk. When you book with us, you release the owners of any liability and use the property and amenities at your own risk *** Guest access Private bedrooms, Private kitchen, Private washrooms, Private Laundry. Deck and pool are for the tenants of this property only. There is a shared private beach and others would have access to the beach. The Level Three experience offers 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, Living rooms / lounge areas, all in a, self contained 3 level home with deck, pool, beach area and grounds. Beach area and road to access beach is a common area and may be shared with owners or other tenants. Other things to note Privacy of the entire house, deck and pool when you book. The beach and road alongside house to beach is a shared/common area for other tenants and/or owners. This is a rural area and have Fiber Op internet. Cell phone service is scarce depending on the provider. Home phone is provided. We supply enough to get you started of: Bed and bath Linens Pool/ beach towels Dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent Dish towels and cloths Kitchen is fully stocked with the basics. If you require something specific such as a small appliance please ask ahead of time as we may not have this. If your children require specific floatation devices, please bring them along- we do have a few on hand.
