Beautifully appointed studio- two queen beds, quality linens. Stone fireplace, leather armchair, and large flat screen cable TV. Beautifully appointed, this premium studio has two pillow-top queen beds, fitted with quality linens, down duvets and pillows, stone floor to ceiling fireplace, large flat-screen cable TV, leather armchair, fully equipped hardwood and granite kitchen area with full refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, all pots, pans and utensils, dining table and chairs, a hand-tiled vanity area and bathroom with tub/shower and vanity. Quality shampoo, conditioner, soaps, coffee and teas etc. provided with plenty of fresh towels. Hairdryer, and iron/board. There is also a patio with chairs to sit out on. A steaming onsite hot-tub is open year round (6am-10pm) for guests' complimentary use (as well as a seasonal pool), picnic area with tables overlooking the creek, free on-site parking (ONE pass is provided - please use to avoid towing). Free WI-FI. Adjacent to the property is the Silver Mountain spa and gym facility which offers a state-of-the-art gym, lap and leisure pool, racket ball court, and daily yoga, spin classes etc. Passes may be purchased at the gym. Living ten minutes from the property, we can be available anytime during your stay if needed. Otherwise, enjoy your stay in peace and quiet. Out-of-town owners simply cannot provide our level of response and service. The local free bus service stops outside, and you can ride to historic Main Street, Park City/Canyons and Deer Valley ski resorts etc., and the shopping outlets within several minutes. Or simply jump in a cab - you are only a few minutes from anywhere you want to go in Park City. You can also take a brisk 15-20 minute walk to Park City Main St. along the scenic rail trail. Also in the neighborhood there are several excellent restaurants, (sushi, Indian, steak, Asian, Mexican, Italian), and cafés and shops - all within a couple of minutes walk. A laundry facility is onsite and can be accessed using your card keys. Guest access Please collect your card keys at The Prospector - 2175 Sidewinder Drive, Park City, 84060. The building is on the corner of Sidewinder and Gold Dust Lane adjacent to Silver Mountain Gym and Spa. There is a large mining tower and a fire pit outside the entryway. If you need further directions contact front desk. Reception is open 24/7. Have a great stay! Other things to note There are no additional cleaning fees or other charges. Trust us to provide excellent accommodation at reasonable prices. The studio is a no pet, and strictly no smoking property. It's a quiet studio and no parties are allowed. The property enforces quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am.
