Spend your evenings in our HOT TUB, under the night sky full of stars! The PERFECT SPOT as a basecamp after hiking, a romantic get-away or a quiet girls trip…NOT the place to party with your friends, smoke/vape & be loud! The space Bright, sunny, comfy inside, with a gigantic deck, where you can watch Hawks, turkeys, quail, bunnies, and listen to the coyotes at night. SUNSHINE RIDGE= ideally set up for the two of you couples, but holds 4 comfortably (2 beds) but only 1 bathroom. Extra fee for all additional guests after first 2. LAYOUT= - Master BR: Queen Sleep-Number bed, AC fan, access to deck. - 2nd BR: Queen, AC, small desk, closet, near bathroom. - 1 twin daybed in living room - 1 full bathroom (bath/shower) - Full kitchen with a new fridge & fully stocked for entertaining - BBQ HUGE DECK= - Outdoor dining area - Hot Tub (open year-round) - Fire pit & couch - Sun loungers - Hammock under the shady oaks - Yard games Everything you need for an unforgettable vacation!! Guest access IT IS ALL YOUR's=The ‘entire’ house, deck & backyard. Off-LIMITS= the back room, the side entrance & the shed area (right side of the house) There might be times we will occupy this side of the house, depending on our work/travel schedule. We live in a small travel trailer on the side of the house Oct-May. You will not see us (unless we drive down the driveway) or hear us. We will give you complete PRIVACY (& ask the same from you) Other things to note We offer a space that only uses ALL natural cleaning products, NO scented soaps, detergents or candles, etc. We have worked hard at creating a vacation rental where someone with environmental sensitivities, skin sensitivities, or allergies can come stay. Which is also why we have a strict NO pets & NO smoking policy. In addition, all of our towels are plush, Hotel grade, our pillows are brand new & the 2 queen beds will lull you to sleep in their 1000 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets! AAAHHHHHHH We use NON-chlorinated products in our hot tub & and we provide filtered water from our refrigerator. So we ask that our guests be kind to the Earth (save water, turn off everything when you leave for the day ) and NOT bring single-use plastic for water.
