The ideal location of the property, 20 minutes from the airport and the Promenade des Anglais, makes it easy to visit all the most beautiful sites of the Côte d'Azur. Villa in absolute calm in the heart of nature, at the edge of a classified forest with a view of the mountains. The space The accommodation is intended for a couple or family: 2 adults and 2 children. It is located at the bottom of our villa with its independent entrance, and it has an outdoor terrace. The apartment consists of: - A living room with an equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, gas stove, microwave, and small appliances: Nespresso coffee machine, mini oven, kettle, toaster), a bar to share a meal for 4, a living room with a comfortable and simple sofa bed to open (2 seats: 140x200cm). -A bedroom with a bed for 2 people (king size, wardrobe with storage, flat-screen TV), a small beauty area or desk area and an entrance with closet. -A bathroom with a shower and toilet (hair dryer available, towel provided). - An outdoor terrace equipped with a table, chairs and garden furniture, directly connected to the kitchen. The beds are fully equipped and will be made according to your needs before your arrival. Each room of the apartment is individually air-conditioned or heated, which will allow you to have the exact desired temperature in each of them. The washing machine, shared dryer, also available in the laundry room which is at the entrance of the villa. We offer another apartment on the garden level. You may therefore meet only one other family here in the common areas (garden and swimming pool) and share with them, only if you wish, given the number of spaces available, a game or your various experiences in the area. You will find with us a clever mix between an individual rental with all the comforts and independence of a fully equipped terrace apartment just for you, and the atmosphere of a host with the exclusivity of only 2 families to enjoy it with us for our greatest pleasure!:) Guest access By car; -A8 From Antibes, Nice Côte d'Azur From Nice Nord, Monaco, Italy -Exit and take Via M6202 bis Direction 51.1 Grenoble, Digne, Carros, Mercantour. - Turn right and join M2210 Carros exit At the roundabout take the 5th exit onto M2210 M1 and continue 270 m At the roundabout take the 2nd exit on M1 route des fraises... By transport; - Train Des Pignes from Nice center - 3 stops "Colomars La Manda" then take Bus 69 stop "Place des Plans" or - Bus line 22 from Nice CADAM - 5 stops "Pôle d'Echanges PS" then take Bus 69 Stop "Place des plans" Airport pickup upon request and with surcharge. Other things to note A parking space is available on the property for your car. And a large public parking lot nearby for several cars. Possibility to pick you up from the airport upon request and with a fee. I could, on request, prepare a brunch or share a dinner on the table d'hôte formula by preparing the menu and the price in the morning. The proximity of the property (15 minutes exactly) with the widest and most fluid major roads in the region, makes it extremely easy to travel throughout the French Riviera and you can easily discover all its charms from the house... From the famous large coastal cities (Nice, Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Menton...), to the sumptuous villages of the hinterland (Saint-Paul-De-Vence, Eze, Mougins, Biot, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, Gourdon, Grasse...) as well as all the outdoor activities offered by our region from the beaches of the Mediterranean to the mountains of the Southern Alps. The Villa du Bonheur offers you beautiful hiking trails at the foot of the house, very pleasant to stroll along while breathing the healthy and fragrant air of Mediterranean nature, while enjoying a rare calm on the French Riviera. A signposted hike from the village of Carros towards the summit with beautiful views of the valley and the sea. Our location is also very much appreciated by bicycle enthusiasts. Whether road or mountain bike, the many possible routes around the house connecting all the surrounding villages and peaks will delight you. If you need it, we'll give you the beep from our garage so you can store your bikes easily and safely.
