The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. 4 Bedrooms, first floor master, living room, and 2 full bathrooms. Built in 1870 but full of modern charm. It is only 1 block to Historic Downtown Sycamore, IL. First floor requires no stairs and has a master with a full bath. 2nd floor is 3 bedrooms and a full bath. NO PARTIES are allowed at this home Only 7 miles to NIU. Walk to downtown sycamore. The space The house has a living room, kitchen, spacious dining room along with a full bathroom on the main floor. 1st floor master bedroom with king bed Second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Kids toys , coloring books. Plastic kitchen items for the kids also. There is a screened in porch in the back of the house that leads to the backyard. Off street driveway parking Walk to downtown and all the Restaurants and attractions Sycamore has to offer. Again, no parties will be tolerated. This is a nice quiet neighborhood. No pets Only 7 miles to NIU. If you see a date blocked feel free to ask sometimes I can open dates This home is like staying at Grandmas. Lots of old pictures and Antiques to look at and enjoy. Also all the modern amenities one would expect. Washer, Dryer, Full Kitchen, Air conditioning, Hot water, Huge Backyard, Off street Parking etc. Guest access Guests will be allowed to use the entire home / the basement will be locked. A code is provided, we keep it locked to keep kids out. The Basement has the Washer and Dryer, A code is provided in the "House" book on the dining room table. Other things to note NO parties.... This is our family home and it is in a neighborhood. NO parties or "gatherings" will be tolerated. You must respect my neighbors, they will not tolerate loud, disrespectful people. This is a nice neighborhood. Please keep it that way. If these rules cannot be followed, I will terminate your stay immediately. I’m sorry if this sounds harsh, but we’ve had problems before.
