Shared saltwater pool (seasonal, to open 6/6/26) and hot tub (year-round) for dips or make ‘smores in fire pit. Newfound Lake water sports, Mt Cardigan hiking and Ragged & Tenney Mountain skiing nearby. Whole home, minus owner’s home office with separate entrance. Owners in farmhouse down the hill for assistance. The space With over twenty acres we invite you to get outside, walk the country road, climb a tree in the apple orchard, build a fire in the fire pit or stargaze on a clear night with the telescope. Inside, the open living, dining & kitchen area invites family & friends for cozy conversations & rested retreats. There’s a wood fireplace, two porches with grill, a full kitchen to bake cookies or make a full meal. Entertainment incudes t.v. w/ premium channels, cd player with lots of 80s & 90s tracks nestled in the bookcase, and familiar board games. We hope vivid sunsets over Mount Cardigan end each of your evenings. Guest access Please enjoy the this comfortable retreat with your family & friends. Make a fire in the fireplace ( flue open please) or use the grill off the back deck anytime. The hot tub, fire pit down the hill, and orchard are shared with any guests next door & the host family. The property is over twenty acres so you shouldn’t feel crowded, but we can reserve a window for your use if helpful for the hot tub. We ask that you avoid the barn construction site down the hill, the cabin next door, and any areas besides the hot tub and porch swing under the house to keep everyone safe. Other things to note This country living with wild animals including bears who love garbage so please use the bins at the end off the ramp.
