The room has its own private bathroom, and a comfortable queen bed. There is also another bedroom set up as a private lounge area for you. Common areas are shared with the host and include a spacious living room, kitchen, and laundry facilities. The space I rent this as a room, but it’s actually the whole second story of my home. Your private area includes a bedroom, a private bathroom, a small living room, and a study area with a desk. Guest access The upper floor will be your own private space. You are welcome to use any common areas downstairs as well.
