ONLY 3.5 MILES AWAY FROM THE LAS VEGAS STRIP A very comfortable room with a QUEEN-size bed and an adjustable blackout curtain. Complement your morning with a complementary cup of Keuring Coffee. The space La Casita is located in a very convenient location only 3.5 miles away from the famous Las Vegas Strip. Chevron gas station, Starbucks, Chinatown, Smith's Food and Drug store are within half a mile from La Casita. Public transportation is within a block of the La Casita. PLEASE NO SMOKING AND NO PETS! A 1000 FINE WILL BE ADDED. Also, please take care of the property please, any damages to the property will be charged to your credit card in file! Guest access La Casita is attached to the house, but it is 100% private. It has its own entrance and its own private bathroom with rainfall shower system for better batting experience. Parking is available on the street right in front of the house. If available, you may also park in the driveway, which is just a few steps away from La Casita.. Other things to note Feel free to ask any questions or concerns.
