Soul soothing views await you. On the first floor of *The Dolls' Dome-ane, The Sweet Suite has 2 large rooms: a king bed, 2 queen hideabeds, a stocked kitchenette, and a claw footed tub. It’s the perfect place to stop and rejuvenate, be it hiking the InterUrban trail or enjoying the outstanding view of the bay, Dot Island, or watching the eagles, boats, and glorious sunsets from the private deck. *A majestic Geodesic Dome on a hillside acre overlooking Chuckanut Bay near WWU, Fairhaven,+ B'ham. The space The Dolls Dome-ane is on a wooded acre lot, perfect for respite getaway. It is part of the Chuckanut Bay Community located abeam of Dot Island on Historic Chuckanut Drive. (¼ mile S of mile marker 17). Steps away from your front door is access to the InterUrban trail that you can walk or bike, which will take you to Fragrance Lake, Teddy Bear Cove, or Larrabee State Park. After a glorious day in the Chuckanut Mts, relax with a Registered Massage Therapist, just two doors South! Guest access The Sweet Suite is your own private space with a private entrance. You have the option to close locking doors for full privacy. It is located on the 2nd floor with its own private balcony including a Barbecue. The laundry is located on this same floor and is a shared space. If you would like to experience the full ambiance of the Dome just ask Sherry and access will be granted. Feel free to explore any of the grounds as you enjoy the scenic views. You have a personal free parking space in the carport for easy access to the main door to the stairway to the Sweet Suite. Once settled there are also outdoor stairs to your deck and sliding doors. Other things to note THERE ARE STAIRS. Getting in your steps is not a problem while staying here. We are a wooded area and enjoy the animal life that comes with country living. This includes but is not limited to smaller animals like raccoons, deer, rabbits, and neighborhood cats. Many types of birds, including eagles, like to perch on the tops of the trees along our driveway. The driveway is easiest to access from the North. It involves a hairpin turn if coming up from the South and can be easily missed. There are 3 properties on this easement, we are the first home, and of course, the only Dome. *Pets are twenty-five dollars ($25) per stay at The Dolls' Dome-ane. The furniture is covered during a pet guest stay. It's important we know beforehand to anticipate furry family members. FYI Local kennel costs per day Doggy Come Home $45/dog/day
