Welcome to our home. Our names are Derik and Nicolle. We would love for you to enjoy some privacy on our 1-acre lot with off-street parking. Your room includes a queen-sized bed with access to a full shared bathroom on the second floor. Please note that we live in the house as well, ensuring prompt assistance. While we can’t accommodate pets, our dogs, Atlas & Oliver will also be in our home. We also have a basement workout with exercise equipment and laundry. Please note, no pets are allowed, but there are two friendly dogs named Atlas & Oliver. Guest access You’ll have access to: 1. Your private bedroom with a queen-sized bed, TV, and closet on the second floor. 2. A full shared bathroom. 3. Outdoor patio furniture Please be aware that the rest of the house is owner-occupied, and our friendly dogs, Atlas & Oliver, share the common areas with guests. During your stay We are here to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We'll be available to offer assistance and answer any questions you may have throughout your stay.
