The apartment is located in the heart of Barranco, Lima's most lively and artsy neighborhood! The apartment building is very safe and quiet, without the street noise. This is a 2 bedroom apartment. The master bedroom is spacious and features a queen-size bed, with super comfortable mattress and pillows. Includes a Smart Tv with Netflix access included and cable Tv. The 2nd room has a comfortable double bed, a closet, and a Smart Tv with Netflix access and cable Tv. The full bathroom is located between both rooms in the corridor. There's also a spacious living and dining area, and a kitchen with all the essentials like microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle and gas stove. Guest access You'll have access to the entire apartment except for the third bedroom, which will remain locked during your stay. Other things to note The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, only up to 2 visitors will be allowed per day. Parties and gatherings are not permitted. The apartment is located on a 3rd floor with no elevator. For long-term stays (2 weeks and up), cleaning of the apartment will be needed on a weekly basis. There is an extra charge of $15 per week (not counting the first week, which is already covered by the cleaning fee in the reservation). If you require a higher cleaning frequency, please let us know! This additional cost will be charged separately but also through Airbnb for your convenience.
