Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the spacious deck soaking up the sunshine Plan a fun day trip to Yosemite only 30 minutes from the gate, and enjoy the on-site equestrian center or 18-hole championship golf course for never-ending outdoor fun The space Patio: A large deck with a large outside table, gas fire pit, patio furniture, and a gas grill. A great place to start your day with a morning coffee while listening to birds chirping or star gazing at night with a glass of wine. Living Room: There's a wood-burning stove in the living room. The room is filled with natural light and has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. Streaming apps- Youtube TV (live), Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon DVD player to bring your favorite movies. There is also a cabinet with board games to enjoy Kitchen: The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans and dishes equipped with an electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig. Guests are welcome to free coffee/hot cocoa. Dining Room: A large dining table comfortably seats up to six people. Bathroom: 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. does not include shampoo or shower gel Bedroom 1st queen-size bed- downstairs 2nd queen-size bed-downstairs 3rd Open loft queen bed, twin bed, and a sofa couch full size The house is equipped with a split AC/Heater in the living room and a baseboard heater in each downstairs bedroom Guest access Pine Mountain Lake is a gated community with 24-hour security. The security gate will charge a one-time fee of $50 per vehicle (up to 7 days stay) for access to all PML amenities. Other things to note - We don't have a phone in the house. Verizon & ATT works best in the house and around this area. - Guests will not have access to the garage. Other things to note must check in at the front gate to be given access to the property Check-in time is 3 pm and checkout time is 11 am there is a $58 per car fee flat rate at the front gate that is good for your entire stay. This is required by Pine Mountain Lake Garbage there are two trash cans located behind the house. in the shed. Please make sure all garbage bags are tied and the lid on the can is secure. checkout we ask that you put any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and load any towels. Please remove ALL YOUR food from the refrigerator veggies, fruits, meats, cheese, all milk products, leftovers.. things that will spoil dump, or take with you. :) close all windows, lock doors, and make sure the heaters are off. RETURN PML LOANER CARD received when you checked in at the main gate. A 50.00 fee will be charged to the guest responsible for the reservation if the gate card is not returned to the main gate at check-out Thank you and enjoy!
