The space In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 1.5 hours from Paris, 50 km from Chablis and Auxerre, 35 km from Troyes, come and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature, in a green setting to enjoy the calm and a peaceful environment. At the foot of the cottage, you will find walking trails and GR trails 200 meters away. On the ground floor, you will have a living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area overlooking a covered terrace with stunning views of the fields and forest where you can see some deer. There is also a double bedroom (160 x 200 bed), a bathroom (double sink, walk-in shower) and a separate toilet. On the mezzanine (accessible from a miller's ladder), you will have access to a sleeping area consisting of 2 single beds (90 x 200) and a desk. In the basement, you will have access to a laundry room allowing you to store equipment (2 bikes are available free of charge). Outside, the terrace is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. The exteriors, fully open to nature (not enclosed), guarantee a total change of scenery. Beds will be made on arrival, heating, electricity, towels, end-of-stay cleaning will be included in the price of the stay.
