Built in 1895, this four room cottage has been lovingly renovated as a private guest wing of a larger property. This cosy cottage is close to everything, making it easy to plan your trip, wander the shops, galleries, the river trails and sites of Yass Valley or Canberra. If you love live music, local wine, whisky or gin, this is a great valley to explore. For fishing, bring your gear or boat for the river, the dam or a nearby lake. Our guests: couples, sml family/friends grp. No parties. The space Sweet four room cottage with full length verandah and enclosed yard. North facing aspect. Rooms include: a stylish sitting room with hotel amenities, one queen bedroom, a double bedroom with single bed, and bathroom with feature fireplace (instant heat). Shower is over bath. Heating and cooling are ducted. Ample parking in yard for 2 cars (or 1 with boat) and additional on street. Pets: dogs only (800 mm high fence on yard). No cats sorry (unless agreed) Motel style kitchenette provided with amenities as outlined and an air fryer. Guest access The cottage and front yard are yours to enjoy and you have your own entry, yard and parking. The cottage is adjoining to our main residence, behind which is a one acre private garden that guests are welcome to wander and discover if and when arranged with the host. Yass has Three EV Stations just off the Main Street at Woolworths, on Meehan Street (opposite Soldiers club) and on Lead Street (behind the Clubhouse Hotel).
