Beacon Theater is only a 5 minute drive! The space Our guests have a totally separate area from the main house. Entrance is thru the glass doors. There is a dining area downstairs with a fridge and freezer, stove/oven, microwave and toaster. Coffee and tea bar is provided with sugar, cream and honey. This space is perfect for both long-term and short-term stays. (discounts for long-term) Also, downstairs, there is a living area with tv, 2 chairs and futon (full size) that can be used as a bed. Upstairs there is a full bathroom, a child's bedroom with toys, books and coloring books. Also, a large bedroom with a queen size comfortable bed. There is a pack n play and high chair available. There is a child proof gate available upon request. All bedrooms have TV's. Everything is brand new in each room and has a comfy farmhouse vibe. Enjoy the fenced in backyard with a gazebo and gas fireplace. Roast marshmallows in the fire ring surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Soak in the hottub and soothe your worries away! ***Please note*** stairs are steep leading to the bedrooms and bathroom!! Guest access Guests have access to a hot tub. Children have access to a tree swing. There is a portable gazebo available with netting and furniture for guests to enjoy. Backyard is fenced in for dogs to run around and for children to play. Hammock is available for relaxation. There is a gas firepit and a wood firepit to enjoy with comfortable Adirondack chairs and outdoor furniture and swing. Other things to note Pets allowed and there is a fenced backyard for dogs to stretch their legs. We also have dogs that use the backyard. There are chickens in a coop in the backyard. There is a fence around the coop so no dogs can reach them. Smoking is allowed outside. Please take care of your butts. Please note, stairs are steep leading to bedrooms!! We are not responsible for any injuries on the property. Four people can comfortably stay here. Queen size bed in master bedroom, twin size bed in secondary bedroom and full size futon in living area. We are moderate with last minute cancelation requests. Please note requests for refunds will be denied if last minute.
