On the banks of the Mayenne

We welcome you to our house, you have an entrance and an individual accommodation. The apartment has been recently renovated and is on the top floor of our house. It is located in the city center of Laval, on the banks of the Mayenne. The towpath for a walk or a sporting moment is 50 meters away. No parties or evening events are allowed. The space The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed for extra comfort, a large living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests with as much comfort, as well as a flat screen TV with direct access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, a dining table for 4 people. You can enjoy a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. All windows are equipped with blinds, electric for the bedroom and manual for the living room. A baby crib can be provided on request. Other things to note No parties or gatherings are allowed.
