As the paper towels and bath tissue supply may not be enough for your entire stay, you may wish to purchase additional toiletries to suit your needs. + Master En-Suite Bathroom: enjoy the spacious space with rain standing shower. + Main Bathroom: includes a bathtub for the kids. ★ KITCHEN & DINING ★ After a long day enjoying the beach, our modern kitchen will welcome you with a dining area overlooking to the pool. The K-cup coffee machine will help you start a day fresh and energetic. We also prepare the hot chocolate powder for the kids. Appliances include a French door fridge/freezer, stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle and blender. The cabinets are also stocked with pots & pans, bakeware, utensils, mixing bowls, dishes, glasses, silverware, coffee mugs, dish soap & tablets, sponges, trash bags, hand towels. ★ LIVING ROOM ★ With open layout, the kitchen and dining area connects to the living room, where you will find a comfortable sofa, two chairs, a Smart TV, windows throughout. This space is illuminated by natural light and is the ideal place for board games, movie nights, or just spending quality time with loved ones. ★ LAUNDRY ★ We have an in-unit laundry room with washer and dryer. ★ OUTDOOR SPACE ★ Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail at the outdoor sofa set. If you have children, it is also an ideal place to watch them swimming while enjoying your drinks. ★ SWIMMING POOL ★ The swimming pool depth is varied from 3ft to 7ft so please be careful when using it, especially with children. It is featured with 2 chaise lounger chairs. Please read the swimming pool rules. The pool is maintained by a professional company once a week, so please understand depending on check in days the condition upon arrival will vary slightly. The pool is not heated, so the water temperature will be varied depending on the time of the day and the time of year. ★ ESSENTIALS ★ The entire home is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning, so you’ll always be cool and connected. There is also a ceiling fans in the living room for an extra breeze. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the private driveway. ★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ For security enhancement, we have two cameras installed: one on top of the front door overlooking the front yard access, another one on top of the carport watching over the carport and the backyard access from outsiders. ★ CLEANING ★ Professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest. ★ If you need anything before, during, or after your stay, our local team is ready to help. ★ Messages after 7pm will take some time to get a response. Guest access + Access to our home is gained through a secure, keypad entry so no need to worry about flight/travel delays or arriving later than planned for check-in. Just please keep us informed. + You and your guests will have complete access to areas of the property except the locked owner’s pantry in the hallway, the storage room, and the shed outside. Other things to note THIS PROPERTY IS NON SMOKING. NO PARTIES/ EVENTS ALLOWED. - Early check-ins (when possible): For checkin BEFORE 11am: 75%/per night rental fee, For checkin AFTER 11am: 50% per night rental fee. Must always be authorized by Host. Official check-in time is 4 pm. - Late check-out (when possible): For checkout NO LATER THAN 3pm: 50%/per night rental fee, For checkout AFTER 3pm: 100%/per night rental fee. Must always be authorized by Host. Official check-out time is 11 am. - POOL RULES: * Swim at your own risk. No Running or rough play. No Food. No Glasses. No Animals. Children under the age of 14 years old shall not use pool without adults guardian in attendance. * Please SUPERVISE your children constantly and never leave a child unattended in or near water. * There is no fence to block the kids from running into the pool if they are unsupervised. You are responsible to protect your children and prevent them from running into the pool. Use the pool at your own risk. The host assumes no responsibility for any incidents at the pool area. * If POOL is being used: Please make sure the water level is always at the middle of the first tile, or else the water won’t filter properly and the pool pump/pool heater will stop working. Hose is located at the side of the pool. * Our pools are on a weekly cleaning schedule on Friday so during your stay a staff member might go to the pool to complete the cleaning. They will not enter the home and only the back patio. - LAWN TEAM may come during your stay for cutting the grass and bush outside. - BBQ GRILL is FREE of charge. Guests will be responsible for obtaining their own charcoal. If there is still charcoal left on your arrival, feel free to use it, otherwise you will have to make a trip to the store to buy it. - PETS are allowed. We are a pet friendly home and charge $30 per pet/whole trip for a cleaning fee. * Please don’t bring PETs to the property without being listed on the reservation. * If you have PETs: Pets are not allowed to go to the pool/beds/couch. * Please take care of your pets and don’t use our TOWELS for pets. * Please clean after your pets and make sure they don’t damage our property, furnitures. - AIR CONDITIONING: A/C temperatures set between 72ºF-78ºF and set to Auto/Cool position. Any lower setting will cause the A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit. Please ENSURE all doors and windows remain shut for equipment to function properly. - SECURITY CAMERAS There are 2 security camera at the front exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside of the home or the pool area to ensure your privacy. - HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the house. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. - TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the trash can outside daily to keep a clean home.
