Pet‑friendly extras Dog bed in the downstairs bedroom and stainless food/water bowls. Please wash bowls before checkout so they’re ready for the next furry guest. Important things to know Trains – A rail crossing 1½ blocks away means you’ll hear horns several times day & night. Bugs – We treat regularly, but Oklahoma’s heat and humidity can invite ants or pill bugs. Wipe counters and store food to keep them at bay. Child‑friendly, not child‑proof – Open staircase (no gate) and an upstairs loft without a door. Please supervise little ones. Quiet hours – 10 pm – 7 am to respect neighbors and future guests.
