We’ve loved this house for years (Andy grew up nearby and lived here before relocating to southern New Mexico). Several times a year we return for extended family visits, so the home stays well‑equipped—not a bare‑bones rental. What you’ll find inside Sleeping for seven – Downstairs queen suite plus an open‑plan loft upstairs with a new queen bed and a full‑over‑twin bunk. Remote‑ready workspace – Desk + ergonomic chair in the downstairs bedroom, fast Wi‑Fi (~300 Mbps). Cozy entry nook – Small couch/loveseat, great for morning coffee or shoe‑tying stops. Family touches – Our 2019‑born son leaves a basket of books and toys in the living room—feel free to use them. Stocked kitchen – Full cookware, knives, basic spices, cooking oil, coffee. Pet‑friendly extras Dog bed in the downstairs bedroom and stainless food/water bowls. Please wash bowls before checkout so they’re ready for the next furry guest. Important things to know Trains – A rail crossing 1½ blocks away means you’ll hear horns several times day & night. Bugs – We treat regularly, but Oklahoma’s heat and humidity can invite ants or pill bugs. Wipe counters and store food to keep them at bay. Child‑friendly, not child‑proof – Open staircase (no gate) and an upstairs loft without a door. Please supervise little ones. Quiet hours – 10 pm – 7 am to respect neighbors and future guests.
