Beautiful Sea View on Umhlanga promenade

Beautiful Sea View - a studio . Beach gate that goes onto the Umhlanga prom , guests have their own patio , Bar Fridge , Microwave , Kettle & Ned expresso machine . NO Stove . A braai area in the complex . Pool in the complex . WIFI , Netflix , Prime and You Tube Beach towels are provided Pool in complex 24 hour security guard in the complex Safe Parking Fan and aircon Smoking is allowed but ONLY on the guests own patio. The space A bedroom and a bathroom ( a shower ) with a microwave and bar fridge /kettle / NO stove , a private patio for guests . Both the bedroom and guests own patio have a stunning sea view . Swimming Pool is close to the other entrance gate in the front of complex - open times 7am to 10pm There are a few stairs so if you battle with stairs Hawaan wouldn't be suitable . Nedexpresso machine is in the room for guests convenience , if they prefer this to instant coffee that is provided in the room . ( please bring your own pods if you prefer this coffee rather than instant coffee ) There is access to a washing machine and a dryer. There is an extra fee charged for use of both of them please enquire what the fee is Guests washing and ironing can be arranged in advance , at an extra charge, please enquire with me . A Hairdryer is in the room . Iron/ironing board is available , if needed please let me know in advance, in order that it can be arranged for you . Cleaner for the room is included after every third night , if those nights don't fall on a public holiday or on a weekend, if guests would like the cleaner to come more regularly than this, it will be at an extra cost to the guest , let me know in advance please . This service excludes a weekend or Public Holiday unless it is requested and will be an extra charge to the guest . If the guest prefers no cleaner at all , that is also fine , just let me know what your preference is . No loud music in order to respect other people who live in the complex please. Guest access The space is a bedroom / bathroom and guests own private patio , there is a beautiful sea view from both the patio and the bedroom . Other things to note The complex has a gate to go straight onto the beautiful Umhlanga promenade which is all along the sea , you don't need to drive to the beach . It is great for 5 kms walks or runs ( there and back ) . A shopping centre is very close by ( approx 1.5 kms ) and plenty of restaurants as well close by, where you can walk . drive or Uber to Umhlanga is a popular tourist area .
