The space The apartment is located in the rear garden of my home, which has it’s separate entrance through the gates at the side of my home. Key safe available. Upon entering the building you walk in to the kitchen, which then leads into the lounge area/ bedroom. Sofa turns into a sofa bed for third guest, if required. The rear two rooms consist of the bathroom and the other room, which is walk in wardrobe type of room, which will also used to store extra bedding and towels. Extra storage for long stays are available on the bed base. Smart tv and work space in lounge/bedroom area too. Garden is available to relax in whenever needed too. Smoking is permitted in garden as long as disposed in an appropriate manner. Guest access You have free parking on sight. Access to rear garden and private access to the whole apartment.
