The separate bedroom boasts two comfortable beds (140x200 and 90x200) and a spacious wardrobe with ample storage space for your clothes. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the possibilities for creative cooking – whether a quick snack or an extended dinner. The modern bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a vanity with a practical vanity cabinet. On sunny days, the balcony transforms into your second living room – enjoy the fresh air and unwind. This is located in the storage room. The tumble dryer must also be cleaned when in use. Please empty the water tank regularly and also vacuum the two lint filters. The washing machine is in a common room in the basement. Go down the stairs and then immediately to the right. It is the third washing machine from the front right. You can use it at any time. Simply open the socket lock with the small key (which is on the key ring at the entrance to the house). When not in use, please put the socket lock back in the socket and close it. Attention: Please only use the designated washing machine described above and please do not use any from other residents. Other things to note The apartment is located in a busy residential area in Schwetzingen. The RB67 and S9 train lines not far from the property connect you with neighboring towns and all important areas in the surrounding area. There is also a bus stop right on the sidewalk. Within walking distance you can reach some restaurants, bakeries, cafes and supermarkets. Some fashion shops, fitness studios, Schwetzingen Castle, bookstores and a bar can also be found on site.
