Queen room in a peaceful, light-filled beach house. Super quiet, just the sound of waves at night. Features a premium memory foam Tempur Queen bed, memory foam pillows, a small desk, ceiling fan, and blockout blinds for restful sleep. Private entrance via side gate, fully separated from the main house. Upgrades with more space and a private bathroom may be available depending on dates—just message me to check! Guest access Access to the room is via private entrance, separate from the main house entrance. In addition to your private bedroom, you have access to shared guest spaces, which are: Shared bathroom; guest shared kitchen (at the moment includes microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, fridge, sink), breakfast nook with bar table, outdoor table and chair. Washing machine is available upon request for stays longer than 4 nights, but please ask before using so I can show you how it works.. Parking is strictly street parking (free). During your stay I live in the main house, that has no access for guests. There is a wall that separates main house and guest space inside. I have access to the guest space via a door which is always locked. I come in the guest space for cleaning between guest stays and for any maintenance issue when needed. Other than that you have full privacy. If you need anything I’m only a wall away and I am always happy to come around and help if you need, please message me should you need anything during your stay.
