The space Our patio is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee while watching the delightful hummingbirds and your little ones scurry around! Imagine peaceful evening dinners under the sprawling oak trees and twinkling stars! It's equipped with comfy patio furniture, a table and chairs for six, and a propane grill for those fun cookouts. The backyard is a fantastic adventure land for the kiddos! With a fort in the trees, a sandbox, swings, slides, a trampoline, and even a Ninja course for the older children, there's never a dull moment! And let's not forget the all-time favorite - the tire swing! Just a friendly reminder that children will need full-time adult supervision while they’re outside. The entire backyard is fenced and gated, making it a safe space for your fur baby to join in on the fun! After the kiddos go to bed, the backyard can transform into a cozy spot for the adults to enjoy delightful conversations around the fire pit - a perfect way to unwind! The spacious living room is a fantastic space for celebrations like graduations or Aggie Ring Days! You will have access to all major sports networks and standard streaming services on the TV. For your convenience, we happily provide extra sheets, blankets, an air mattress, and pillows. Our bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials you need, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fluffy towels. Each bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains to ensure you enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The fourth “bedroom,” conveniently located near the kitchen and living room, features cabinet-style doors, a cozy queen-sized futon, and a television with Chromecast for your entertainment. Our kitchen is fully equipped to make meal prep and morning coffee a breeze! You’ll find glass and plastic cups, plates, bowls, and even toddler dining ware.
