Other things to note 🏡 House Rules – Sanlúcar Housing Number of people booked The booking is valid exclusively for the number of people indicated when confirming the stay. No more people than those registered are allowed to enter or stay overnight. Use of beds and rooms The rate is calculated according to the number of guests booked: If the booking is for 2 people, one double bed or one room is included. If you wish to use additional beds or rooms, you must pay the rates corresponding to a higher occupancy (for example, the rate for 4 people). If the use of more beds or rooms than included is detected, an adjustment may be applied to the rate for the total use of the accommodation. Parties and gatherings Parties, events or gatherings exceeding the number of booked guests are not allowed. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Furniture and equipment Moving furniture, mattresses or decorative items without prior authorisation is not allowed. External visitors Visits or access by people not included in the booking are not allowed without the host's express authorisation. Respect and community Guests must behave respectfully towards the neighbours and comply with the rules of coexistence, especially between 11.00 pm and 9.00 am. Natural environment and insects (location in a rural area) The villa is located in the Martín Miguel area, a privileged rural setting adjacent to the protected area of the marshes. As it is a property in the heart of the countryside, the accommodation is in direct contact with the local natural environment. Climatic conditions and local fauna: In times of high temperatures or on days with the Levante wind, the occasional appearance of small insects (such as mosquitoes or ants) is a strictly environmental, natural and inevitable factor. Cleanliness guarantee: The property is handed over in a perfectly clean, sanitised and disinfected condition before each check-in. The presence of these insects outside or their occasional entry will in no case be considered a lack of cleanliness or maintenance of the property, so it will not give rise to the right to refunds, compensation or cancellation of the booking. Guest obligations: To minimise the impact of nature on the stay, guests agree to: Not leave food scraps, crumbs or open containers on countertops, tables or in outdoor areas, as they attract wildlife extremely quickly. Keep doors and windows closed, especially at dusk and at night if the interior lights are on, to prevent flying insects from entering. Not to accumulate rubbish inside the property or on the terraces, and to frequently place sealed bags in the outside bins. Penalties Failure to comply with these rules may result in an additional charge for cleaning, laundry, damage or improper use of the accommodation, as well as the possible early termination of the booking.
