The space This large apartment of about 150 square meters is located on the ground floor of a turn-of-the-century house from 1911. The apartment has a private entrance and is separate from the other 2 apartments in the house, where, among other things, the host couple lives. Boendet/The house: In the apartment, there is everything to feel at home, including 2 bedrooms with room for 4-5 people. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a large and elevated double bed, 180 cm wide. The bedroom is equipped with a large and spacious wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The bedroom is equipped with a pull-out bed, 80 cm as a single bed or 160 cm as a double bed. Ideal for couples or singles. In addition to this, there is an extra bed of 80 cm. In this room, you will also find a fireplace. Living room: In the living room, there is a large and comfortable sofa that can accommodate many people. TV 32 inches + Chrome Cast, bay window overlooking the balcony and garden. Kitchen: Large and spacious kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove, fridge and freezer, etc. Dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and other kitchen utensils are available. Dining room: Large dining room is equipped with spacious dining table seating 8 persons and a cozy bay window. Bathroom: Bathroom with shower cabin, towel rack and bathroom storage. Patio: The apartment has access to a large terrace as well as a glazed patio for socializing and enjoying nature. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment as well as the conservatory and space on the terrace. Other things to note The house is in a quiet area, in the district of Kortebo northwest of Lake Vättern and 5 km from Jönköping city center where the city offers shops, restaurants, cafés, shopping, cinema, bars and other sights to visit. The bus is about 200 meters from the apartment and 7 minutes later you are in the city center. The apartment is located next to a large commercial garden where, among other things, flowers are grown and sold. We who live in the house work there. WiFi is included in the accommodation. We who live here like nature and try to live sustainably so we like to grow our own vegetables, berries and fruit. We also have chickens and roosters in our large garden where we get fresh eggs that guests can also buy if they want. NOTE: In the garden, we also have a pond that is easily accessible. If you visit us with small children, it is important to keep this in mind.
