The house is nicely laid out with two full bedrooms upstairs and two smaller bedrooms downstairs. Full kitchen and nice cozy living room area, one full bathroom and one-half bath. The space This house is a renovated two-story Victorian with a full basement. You will have access to the entire home. Fully fenced-in backyard (although filled with snow in winter) with a patio, gas, and charcoal grill, and also a cute front patio to enjoy your morning coffee (weather permitting). Very functional and cozy layout with two full bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom, and two smaller bedrooms on the bottom floor. The main floor features a full kitchen, living room, and a convenient half bath. The location is perfect as you are within walking distance of shopping, cool bars, and yes, affordable restaurants. Guest access You will have access to entire house Other things to note We do provide two parking spaces in the summer months in the alley behind the house. The Leadville parking code will not let us reserve spots on the street but normally there is at least one spot open in front of the house, or a few spots down the street on the same block
