Situated in a small village, only a 10 minute drive from the coast and gorgeous beach of Praa Sands, and Porthleven also, with many walks on your doorstep, head up the lane and to the top of Tregonning hill where there are 360 degree views, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, plenty to do locally for all ages, and those 4 legged friends! The space Chytodden is a Detached Dormer Bungalow, situated in its own large mature gardens, plenty of parking for many cars, the property itself has 4 bedrooms, two large rooms upstairs with views out towards the countryside and Helston in the far distance, both with ensuite bathrooms, one has a king and the other a double and king bed,and two bedrooms downstairs one double and one king where the family bathroom with bath is situated. There is a large light filled lounge with sliding and patio doors that open up onto the patio, watch the children play on the play equipment including swings, slide and the sunken trampoline. The Kitchen has all the appliances you will need, including a large Range cooker with electric ovens and gas hob, dishwasher, a large American fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, microwave and coffee machine. Off the kitchen is a smaller dining room which has a table that seats 4 and you will also find your utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, from this room is another set of patio doors that leads out onto the rear patio, that gets the sun all afternoon and evening, completely secluded and peaceful with built in outdoor fireplace for when the night gets chilly and kitchen area with belfast sink and marble worktop for alfresco dining. There is also a bar area and corner sofa to relax on with a glass of bubbles. Finally downstairs you will find a large dining room, with table that easily accommodates 10, plenty of space to enjoy a meal together and a small conservatory on the front. Outside the property is surrounded by its own mature gardens, there is a childrens play area and patio, the property is situated up a no through lane and so traffic is very minimal. Godolphin is the next village with the National Trust manor house, beautiful woodland walks and from the property just head up the lane to the top of Tregonning hill where you will see spectacular 360 degree views from Penzance, st Michaels mount, over to st ives and Godreavy lighthouse and then towards the Lizard, it will not disappoint! Guest access This is our family home which we are looking forward to another family enjoying whilst we are on our holidays. You will have the whole property to yourself, the only a area you will not be able to access is the garage and sheds. As this is our main home there will be some personal possessions within the property but anything of value or importance will be removed. We will also ensure that there is space in the wardrobes for your belongings and the kitchen which will have all cutlery, crockery, glasswear and cooking equipment you will need will also have space for your shopping and items. Other things to note Please discuss car charging prior to arrival if this is required. Family do live nearby so if there is any problem whilst you are here there will be help available.
