PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING Welcome to Hotel Magic We are a boutique hotel very well located in the city of Viña del Mar, from here you are steps from downtown Viña and very close to tourist places and events such as the Casino, Quinta Vergara, Av. San Martín, beaches and public transportation if you want to get to Valparaíso or Reñaca. Once you book with us, you should consider that we will assign you one of the available rooms in our hotel. The space The hotel has a 24/7 front desk and a coffee shop available whenever you need it. There is a smoking area available and we have cozy rooms, all with a private bathroom, TV and thermopanel windows. Guest access ✔Upon arrival: You must show an ID to be able to register (passport, card or document issued according to country). ✔You must be 18 years old to rent this room. ✔ Check-in: 3:00 p.m. /Check-out at 12:00 p.m. ✔If you request a late check-out, you must check availability and prices beforehand. Other things to note - We have free parking on a first-come, first-served basis. There are limited spaces, which means there is not always room for all guests. The hotel is not responsible if there are no spaces available at the time of the guest's arrival. Please do not hesitate to contact me before booking if you have any questions regarding this item. Parking availability varies by day of the week. - Smoking is prohibited in the rooms (all types of smoke, except vaporizers). If the staff identifies a guest smoking inside the room, they will be subject to a fine of $50,000 CLP - Early check-in will be possible from 8:00 AM only if the rented room is unoccupied, otherwise the guest can leave their belongings at the hotel and return at 3:00 PM. - In case of late check-out, this has a cost of $5,000 CLP per hour. - This room type is only available on the second floor (stairs only).
