The space Our place is in East Austin, in the Chestnut neighborhood—a lively, evolving area. The streets are a blend of charming older homes, some of which could use a little love, alongside modern new builds. That mix gives the neighborhood a unique, authentic feel. It’s generally a quiet, residential spot, and a short walk to the popular restaurants, coffee shops, and bars along Manor Road. Guest access This is a freestanding house with backyard, no shared space. Other things to note Pets - Our place is ideal for pets with a fully fenced backyard. We welcome up to two well behaved pets. There is a pet fee of $100 to cover the additional cleaning required after your stay.
