This beautiful space is home to a full-time working artist. Free outdoor concerts every Friday evening all summer long, the famous Beloit Farmer's Market, Jeannie Gang's Powerhouse on the Rock River, downtown Beloit, many restaurants, and live music are all within easy walking distance from this sweet little home. Two blocks west of a designated historic neighborhood, the homes on my street are wonderful 100-year-old timber frame homes. The streets are wide and generous with plenty of free, safe street parking available. Big old trees line the streets. This is a stable, working-class neighborhood with a wide diversity of residents. Plenty of safe street-side parking. The historic downtown is easily within walking distance - 1/2 mile. There are several charming designated footbridges to cross the Rock River which runs through the center of town.
