The space This fantastic house offers a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and dining - all with an impressive ocean view and access to the terrace. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a large charcoal grill. On the ground floor, there are cozy living areas with two seating areas and a charming fireplace. The house has four bedrooms with ocean views and a shower/toilet in each end, as well as a shower/sauna in the lower floor. There is an extra toilet on the ground floor as well. On the sunny terrace, you can relax and enjoy the sun loungers in the house's garden. The house also has a private garden and private parking right outside with possibility to charge electric vehicles. In your booking, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price you have paid. If desired, we can offer additional services during your stay, such as catering, preheating of the hot tub, or extra cleaning. Please book these additional services in advance and with sufficient notice. Prices are available upon request. WiFi instructions are available in the house. We kindly ask that you refrain from organizing parties or playing loud music to ensure a calm and harmonious atmosphere. During your stay, no extra guests are allowed in the house, and no pets are permitted. If you are planning a special occasion and are unsure if it complies with our house rules, please feel free to send us a message, and we can discuss whether it is feasible or not. Guest access Our guests have access to the ground floor and upper floors of the house, as well as the garden, lawn, trampoline and sauna area (lower floor). A separate apartment (lower floor) have tenants you should be aware that will use the parking area. The area is spacious so it usually doesn't feel crowded. Other things to note The price includes final cleaning, towels and bed linen. Final cleaning means that the tenant sorts garbage and throws them in the designated place, starts the dishwasher, removes bedding and places the laundry in the laundry room. Empties refrigerator and cleans grill outside. Certain basic offerings are available such as spices, soap, cleaning materials and the like. Price is for 7 persons. You can book for maximum 10 for an extra cost for every person after 7.
