A nice, simple and functional apartment, 10 minutes by bike from the lake and the center of Annecy. Ideal if you want to enjoy the old town, move around Annecy a bit, enjoy the lake, while being a little away from the tourist hustle and bustle! I would love to share my good spots, my favorite hikes and my little local favourites! The space This apartment is my year-round home, which I only rent for holidays & when I'm away. So you'll find everything you need (because I need it too!). I'd love to share my favorite little spots around with you. A bedroom with a double bed and a fold-out sofa in the living room. 2 people can sleep on the sofa but it's a little tight (115 cm I think...) so rather recommended for 3 people max (or 2 adults and 2 children). A parking space is available for your car and I can lend my bike if needed! Guest access Entire place, I won't be there!
