All beds have new, comfortable mattresses, bedding and down comforters. The downstairs bath has a full shower, and the upstairs bath has a smaller clawfoot bathtub. The home has a level 2 electric car charger outlet for your use. Charging cord is not provided. The kitchen has marble counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, and is fully stocked with quality cookware and cooking essentials (coffee, tea, olive oil and vinegar, spices, etc.) There is a 42” flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon, etc. This home is equipped with electric heat and a new (2023) electric fireplace in the living room. This home also has mini-split heat/cool pump in the dining room. There is an outdoor fire pit (seasonally available) with chairs, as well as a sunny deck with propane BBQ, table and chairs. ** Upstairs has an open concept with two (2) Queen beds and a shared bathroom.
