On my property there are two apartments that also have a private entrance, and each has a terrace outside terrace with a magnificent view, only one direct neighbor. 5 minutes by car to the very nice beach of La Marina. 20 minutes from Alicante Airport, several shopping opportunities in the area. The space Location La Marina/San Fulgencio is a residential area exclusively of private villas, there are no high-rise buildings. For rent there are two fully equipped and independent holiday apartments on a private property on the sunny Costa Blanca, near Alicante. The apartments are ideal for families, couples or small groups who want to enjoy peace, sun and proximity to the sea. Amenities per apartment: • Two bedrooms • Living room • Fully-equipped kitchen • Bathroom with shower • Private breakfast terrace • Private parking lot right by the house Pool use – Important information: On the property there is a private pool, which is exclusively available to the guests of the two holiday apartments. The pool is located on our private property, which is owned by the sole property. It is therefore not a public or shared pool in the usual sense, but a private pool that may only be used by guests of these two apartments. Important: • External persons, neighbors or visitors have no access to the pool. • The pool is not a communal swimming pool of a residential complex, but part of the private outdoor area intended only for the holiday guests. • All other areas – such as breakfast terraces, entrances or parking spaces – are also separate and privately assigned to the individual apartments. Please note that no further queries are necessary on this point, as the use and accessibility of the pool is hereby final and unambiguously regulated.
