In the living area there is a TV with Netflix and a small balcony with seating options. The second bedroom has a desk and a sofa bed that converts to a queen-size bed. All rooms are equipped with an aircon which can cool down or heat up the place. There is a generator in the building if load shedding is announced and there won't be any power outages in the building. The electricity in the apartment will be gone for 2 hours but internet connection is provided throughout loadshedding. The underground car park has space for one car and the apartment can be safely reached via the underground car park. At the reception at the entrance there is a 24/7 security person who monitors all entrances and the underground car park via monitor.
