The space Welcome to my modern and unique apartment, reserved just for you! It features large tilt-and-turn windows overlooking the street. It is on the ground floor of a home building without entry stairs. You will find a spacious, fully furnished living/dining room with hot/cold air conditioning (sofa convertible into a 53-inch bed, side table, dining table with four chairs, and TV stand), which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook during your stay, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Through the living room, you can access a double bedroom with large windows and hot/cold air conditioning, fully furnished with a double bed, a storage ottoman, and two nightstands. It communicates with a large room that can be used for sleeping or as a walk-in closet. It is equipped with coat racks, mirror and a large dresser with drawers. It also has a full bathroom with a shower, fully equipped (towels, hair dryer, etc.). Located in the center of Madrid, in a very lively neighborhood next to the famous Paseo de Madrid Rio, where you can stroll, practice outdoor sports, or sunbathe with a soft drink on one of its terraces. It is a quiet apartment focused on families or people who come from tourism to get to know the city, visiting family, by study, work… No smoking or parties. I assure you will feel at home! Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests. The rental is temporary, not for tourists, so the minimum stay is one month. Housekeeping is only at the entrance and exit of each rental. Other things to note - TEMPORARY APARTMENT RENTAL: MINIMUM 29-NIGHT STAY. Direct discounts applied on the page. -The entrance is private. - The TEMPORARY RENTAL AGREEMENT will be SIGNED online directly with the owner. For this contract we will request: personal data and copy of DNI or Passport of all guests, an address, email and mobile phone contact. We will also need a temporary stay reason other than for tourism, for example: studies, work topics, visits to family or friends... -When signed the rental agreement will be sent entrance link to the apartment via mobile. - The occupancy is 4 people but I can accept a maximum of 5 people (the extra guest has to pay 10 euros per day of accommodation) - Children are allowed. We have a full travel crib (with sheets, mantitas and covers), electric rocking with relaxing music, and large portable play park for baby. - It is rented completely furnished. Kitchen with all appliances and fully equipped: Large Refrigerator, Washer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Vitroceramic Plate and Air Extractor. Enseres ( coffee maker, toaster, blender, fryer, Airfryer, kettle...) and complete kitchenware. (Pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses...). In the bedroom we find a double bed with a set of sheets, pillow, duvet duvet with cover, blanket and cushions and two tables with lamps . This bedroom has direct access to a dressing room in which we find a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board with laundry baskets, a wide drawer, an open shoe rack, a wall mirror and two hangers to hang their clothes. The bathroom is equipped with a towel set and hairdryer. The living room also has: TV with Wifi, Sofa with full bed included of 1.35 with set of sheets, 2 pillows and a blanket. - Wifi included throughout the stay - Electricity and water costs are included up to a maximum of 200 euros per month of stay. - Check-in time on the starting day of the rental from 3pm in the afternoon (If possible to confirm in advance check in time). -Ohour of check out 11:00 AM - All the accommodation will be delivered to the guest completely clean and in order, that's why we ask that you leave it as clean and tidy as possible at the departure, and that the furniture and all the equipment of the apartment be respected. -The details to contact the hostess personally will be provided by Airbnb to the guest once the reservation is formalized. -It is not allowed to visit the place until the start time of the stay. -It is totally forbidden to have parties and smoking throughout the stay.
