Welcome to our charming Studio retreat with newly updated kitchenette. A delightful haven nestled in a peaceful riverside neighborhood. This private and self-contained space is perfect for solo traveller, couples, or small families seeking a relaxing and comfortable retreat. This studio is thoughtfully designed, exuding warmth and homeliness throughout. The open-plan living with welcoming ambiance, comprising a small and well equipped kitchenette, a cozy dining space, and a snug lounge area. The space Studio retreat is located upstairs of the back building from the main guesthouse (also an airbnb). it is airy and light filled lovely space. It is completely selfcontained with well equiped kitchenette and a small full bathroom. Now that we have a brand new studio hideaway directly below the studio retreat, though we have chosen the best sound proof materials between the the floors, we would kindly ask you to be mindful of foot step noises as the wooden floor carries and emplifies sounds. Guest access There is a quality rollaway single bed available by request only, please make sure to advise us when making the reservation. It helps us to have it setup with appropriate linen for your comfort. We hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. We live nearby and are happy to assist if needed. HOUSE RULES SUMMARY • This is a quiet residential property. Quiet hours are 10pm–7am. • No parties, events, or large gatherings. • Only guests listed in the booking may stay overnight. • This is a non-smoking property. • Pets are welcome by prior approval only and subject to the Pet Policy. • Smart air-conditioning is pre-set for energy efficiency. Do not tamper with remotes. Requests for lower temperature settings may incur additional electricity charges. • Damage, excessive cleaning, or rule breaches may result in additional charges or termination of stay. PET POLICY • Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to booking. A pet fee applies per pet per stay. For stays longer than 10 nights, the pet fee may be calculated based on the length of the booking. • Pets must be supervised at all times and not left unattended for long periods. • Pets are not permitted on furniture, carpets, or bedding. • Guests must clean up after pets immediately. • Additional cleaning or damage caused by pets will be charged in accordance with Airbnb policies. • Breaches may result in termination without refund.
