The place is very quiet and newly renovated. It comes with 1 double bed, smart TV, a desk and chair for your working space. The space It is a cozy apartment which is always quiet, equipped everything on bedroom/kitchen/toilet/living room so will not need to buy anything, just come with your suitcases. During the pandemic, we use alcohol 95% to clean everything before each guest coming. Guest access You will expect to have your own: - Private room, very spacious, with lock on the door. - Working space with a desk and chair in your room - High speed WiFi - Flat-screen - Smart TV with some free channels - Shared kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cutlery), shared a little common living space and bathroom. - Shared laundry (washer and dryer) for guests stay more than a week During your stay On your arrival: I will meet you and show you around if our schedules match, Otherwise I will send you a self check-in instruction with a door code before your arrival. During your trip: I prefer to give you privacy, but I am always available for any assist, questions, or inquiries. Please feel free to contact me at anytime if you need or feel any inconvenience.
