A tan solo dos cuadras del malecón, y del parque de la cristiana, el mayor de su tamaño con enormes áreas verdes y deportivas a orillas del lago. *No contamos con Estacionamiento privado*, el Estacionamiento es libre en la calle pero la zona es totalmente segura. El lugar es de un estilo rustico y contemporáneo, se encuentran en la segunda planta de una antigua casa (aproximadamente 15 escalones se deben subir o caminar). Only two blocks from the pier or malecon, and from the Cristiania Park, the largest of its size with huge green and sports areas on the shores of the lake. *We do not have private parking*, parking is free on the street, the surrounding area or blocks are totally safe. The place is rustic and contemporary in style, it is located on the second floor of an old house. (approximately 15 steps must be climbed or walked). Guest access Each apartment has a double bed, a sofa bed, a private kitchen, bathroom, and shower. All services included: internet, hot water, air conditioning-heater, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender and basic utensils for food preparation. (A third adult guest or two children can use the sofa bed for an extra cost of $150 pesos) Each room has its own small terrace, *(Two of them share a medium terrace, Yellow and Blue Loft*). On the roof there is a large terrace with a barbecue and bathroom, as well as an excellent view or landscape. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, only and exclusively on the terraces or external patios. Also accepting the total responsibility of the animal as well as generating surcharges for not cleaning the waste of your pet, or if it comes to cause any damage to the facilities or furniture of the place, as well as staining whites, towels, bed or sofa in the room.
