Carlton high street is a 10 minutes walk where you will find a range of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. All of this makes Claygate Place ideal for leisure and business. The space The living room is a space where you can relax on the sofa and arm chairs. A Smart TV for Freeview or use the super fast broadband to access your Netflix/Amazon streaming services. Through the patio doors you will find the outdoor space. A patio area with table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining or just a space to enjoy a morning coffee. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals. There is an oven, stove, microwave, large fridge freezer and a range of cooking pots, pans and utensils.
