My house can accommodate you in a quiet area close to shops 5 minutes' walk away. 5 minutes from Lac du Crès, 20 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from Pic St Loup and 10 minutes from downtown Montpellier (near TRAM), you can enjoy all the vacation options. On the ground floor, a single room with fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms / bathroom / walk-in shower / separate toilet A patio will allow you to enjoy the sun. In order to respect the neighborhood, parties are not allowed.
